Dylan is truly invested in his students success, he is resourceful and was quick to find a new path when I got stuck. He truly is willing to go the extra mile for his students. I highly recomend the program and Dylan as a coach. Thank you

Coach Tanya is amazing. She makes sure to respond to my inquiries. I feel supported and heard. She does not hesitate to share her techniques and I'm glad to know that she and the whole Surplus Fund Academy are rooting for me.

Any part of process that is disorienting, Tanya is someone who has been very supportive and promptly helps with questions that come up. Great experience with understanding more about the recovery business.

Great information and a very well prepared presentation Thanks Spencer. Glad I attended.

The VA hiring training was really good. I would not have known where to start without it! Thank you Spencer!
