I attempted to register for a cooking class online but the website froze in the middle of the transaction. So I called customer service and Chris was a tremendous help and he completed the transaction on my behalf. Chris was very patient and kind and deserves a shout out for his great spirit!

Three of us were going to go to a French cooking class in a couple of days, but one of us is on the way to the local hospital for a burst appendix. All of us needed a refund which was cheerfully and efficiently provided by Christopher. We were so looking forward to the class and are eager to reschedule as soon as we can.

My wife and I attended a cooking class in Scottsdale, AZ, which was excellent. At the end of the class, we scheduled another class, and received the discount. When we arrived home, we realized we had another engagement on the same evening as the class we scheduled. I contacted Sur La Table customer service, Maria was extremely helpful. She was able to process a full refund for the class, and with her managers assistance, she was able to provide us with a discount code to schedule a future class at the same price we received in-store!
