He answered my questions and proactively assisted me with this matter to my complete satisfaction. Abel was very professional and customer-focused. Thanks Abel!

I recently ordered four Christmas ornaments from Sur La Table. Although they were well covered in bubble wrap, one ornament arrived broken. Christopher in Customer Service sent a replacement ornament out immediately and didn't require me to return the damaged one. I am extremely satisfied with the ornaments I received, all are absolutely stunning! Furthermore, I couldn't ask for better customer service.
