Extraordinary Service
I submitted a service request since I was having a problem placing an order using my SLT Perks. Daniel Jimenez, a Customer Support specialist, helped me beyond my expectations by refunding the value of my SLT Perks. I have been a customer for decades and will remain so forever. Sur La Table has the best cookware and staff.

King of Prussia chef Carl
I had a cooking class at the store in king of Prussia pa chef Carl was amazing. We had a great time, enjoyed the food immensely and learned many new things from Carl. What a great night

Customer service regarding my order was…
Customer service regarding my order was outstanding! I bought a set of ceramic pasta bowls and one arrived broken. I contacted customer service online and spoke with Roberto; with just one email and an uploaded photo, the replacement was scheduled and on its way. Extraordinarily helpful and simple. I could not be more pleased!

Great customer service!
One glass arrived broken in a set of 4 and Sur La Table refunded the set. I sent an email and received a very prompt response, from a human!! Thank you, Jonathan Rodriguez! I am currently filling my cart with some other items at Sur La Table. This type of customer service makes me a repeat shopper.

SurLaTable's customer service is GREAT because of ALEX
My experience with SurLaTable was negative, UNTIL, my call was answered by Alex, Zuriel Alexis Navarro Toledo! Honesty such as Alex is uncommon in our world today. Usually, one is met with evasive answers and rarely with understanding of another's needs. This is NOT the case in with Alex. His ability to listen, empathize and meet the needs of the customer are UNEQUALLED! In short, he should be heralded for who he is and the values he embraces. Thank you, Alex! You will never be forgotten.
