Chris from Sur La Table was WONDERFUL in handling my inquiry regarding "warped" lids on the Staub mini pumpkin cocottes I ordered. Christopher was excellent at customer relations. He was calm, empathetic and understanding. He went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my order. My husband and I had to reschedule a cooking class due to illness - we worked with Christopher who was very attentative and worked to ensure we received a credit to use to reschedule our class. After we confirmed the credit I exchanged a few additional emails with Christopher - he was very quick to respond and resolved our issues and answered our questions.
