separated glass storage containers
I ordered the separated glass storage Conan’s they all arrived with broken lids. The shipping company denied the claim , however Sur La Table stepped up and is replacing them. I spoke with Joe F. who was wonderful; being patient with me and volunteering to submit the claim to the shipping company. Joe could not have been kinder or more helpful. I was very grateful for all his assistance.

Brenton Lopez was very helpful in…
Brenton Lopez was very helpful in getting our class rescheduled when my husband got sick the morning of our class. He helped relieve the stress of situation and resolve the issue for us. His customer service was excellent.

I received my All-Clad D5 skillet today…
I received my All-Clad D5 skillet today and found out that it is on sale. I called Ian to match the price and he did. Short and to the point.

Ian’s excellent customer service
First of all, I thank Ian who immediately reviewed the facts, looked up the issue, identified a solution, and quickly made an adjustment to my order. Somewhere between submitting payment and the system autofilling addresses, my purchase was going to the wrong place. Ian not only resolved the issue; he also saved me the stress of having to figure out how to correct the situation. Thank you!!

Customer Service that resolves your issues
After a quite frustrating engagement with the manager of the Austin store, Robert Acevedo resolved my issue, and literally made me a happy customer. I was considering never coming back, but he heard my issue and came up with a logical resolution. I'm glad to see that Sur La Table hires great people that listen.
