My brother purchased a date night cooking class for my birthday so that my husband and I could go and the email notification for some reason did not come through to my regular email and I literally found it in spam mail, but unfortunately we had missed the date of the event I was able to contact customer service and explain the situation. They were very supportive and very helpful and they were able to put the funds that my brother spent for our date night event on a gift card so that we could use it at another time. This was such a great outcome and my husband and I are looking forward to scheduling a time for our new date night.

Unfortunately, mistakes were made by my using Paypal for my ordering an electric pressure cooker for my daughter. The orders were mistakenly sent to my address. I called customer service three times trying to fix the problem, and they did the first time. The second time the mistake was not visible until 2 days later. By then the order had been processed and on its way. I refused accepting the item, and it was sent back to Sur La Table. Speaking with a customer service representative was a very positive experience. The young man was extremely helpful even though it was not the company's fault!!

I purchased a dozen pasta bowls from Sur La Table's retail store in Woodmere in Cleveland's eastern suburbs March 21, and asked for them to be sent out to my residence address in another state. The bowls were sent out quickly, but when the UPS package arrived on March 25, the bowls had not been carefully packed, and six of the bowls were broken in shipment. I called the main customer service number on the packing invoice, and reached Jose - he was probably the most effective and timely service rep that I have ever dealt with. He emailed me in a matter of minutes to send him pics of the broken bowls and a copy of the invoice and packing slip, and within an hour of my emailing him those documents on 3/25, he confirmed by email that Sur La Table would replace the broken bowls and ship out the replacements immediately. The replacement bowls arrived 3/28 in perfect shape. I'm in awe of their service people and Jose in particular.

I ordered a gift card as a hostess gift. The card was mailed but got stuck somewhere in the country for days. I couldn’t wait any longer so I called customer service and spoke with Jose. He was so kind and shared that he could have it emailed to me. It arrived within just a few hours. The service I received from Jose was five star.

Christopher provided world class service in helping me process the return of Italian Dinner plates. He was polite professional and cared for the customer he is an asset to SuLaTable Yehuda Ahmad MD

My order was shipped directly from the manufacturer, who did not include my apartment number. Daniel went the extra mile to correct this error. I am so thankful to him for his efforts and patience. I will be ordering from Sur La Table more!

Had a wonderful interaction with a customer service representative named Christopher. Yesterday I ordered a gift for my son. When I went to check out my order the site locked me out as a security precaution for reasons unknown. Chris arranged for the lockout be reversed which takes 24 hrs.and created a ticket so that I will be able to receive the Labor Day savings when I am able to access my account on the site. Bravo Chris!
