Amanda exchanged a baking class for me and was very efficient and professional! There was no issues with getting it changed to a different class.

Wonderful Customer Service
Brenton contacted us by telephone as well as email regarding our recent SLT order that was undeliverable due to a tornado that devastated parts of Indiana. He provided wonderful customer service and offered several options to replace our purchase. He is a great customer service rep. Thank you Brenton, and we hope everyone will be safe this weekend!

A gratin dish arrived with a scratch in the middle. Leon at Customer Service immediately said he'd send a replacement dish without my having to return the damaged one. Thank you.

Great Customer Service
Due to a misunderstanding on my part, I cancelled, then repurchased tix to a cooking class. Customer service was quick and professional both times.

Great customer service…
This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in many years. Ordered a Breville toaster oven and it did not look like the right color and Monica B did all she could to see if it was a fluke. Had warehouse folks run down another and take pics and the whole shebang. For something that was not their fault, they went out of their way to see if they could make it right.
