Great Customer Service

Brenton immediately refunded the session I had to cancel due to last minute travel plan. Really pleased with the professional customer service.

I had an excellent experience with Brenton, one of the customer service representatives. I needed to reschedule a cooking class appointment, and he handled it with professionalism and genuine care. Brenton was patient, understanding, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He went out of his way to find a new time that worked for me and followed up to make sure everything was confirmed. It's rare to come across such helpful and kind support—Brenton truly went above and beyond. Thank you!

Three cheers for Leon and Sur La Table
Leon was so nice and helpful. I was calling about an order that had been delayed by a tornado (!) and he checked it out and set my mind at ease that the items were on the way. Three items coming from three different locations and one will be here today. Leon was very professional and knowledgeable as well as very pleasant to talk to.
