Probably the best hosting I've used for the price
Surf hosting barely had downtime, always had insanely fast support on discord, and the actual servers ran amazing. No lag and good resources for the price. Much better than competitors that I have tried. I would 100% recommend Surf Hosting to anyone looking for a affordable and good preforming server.

Always great support over discord with…
Always great support over discord with quick responses, often from multiple staff who are knowledgeable. I have used cheaper hosting in the past and this one is really worth it for the experience.

Spotty Service and Slow Support
Website barely functioned while ordering a minecraft server. Honestly should have taken it as a sign. Server was not provisioned within hours. Support ticket was opened within business hours, got escalated to "Technical" support, who proceeded to not reply at all.
Response from Surf HostingJun 15, 2024
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience with our service. We understand the frustration caused by spotty service and slow support, especially when your Minecraft server wasn't provisioned in a timely manner. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are actively working to improve our support response times.

Really awesome hosting
Great and cheap hosting, by far has the lowest price for really good performance. I've so far spent one month with them and it has been awesome.

I love surf hosting
I love surf hosting. It's truly a great host if you are looking for a very cheap host, I got a 5 GB server for like $2.50 and I loved it. The support staff are super helpful and very nice. The owners as well are great, I only have two huddles. 1, their US bare metals are very expensive and it made me go to other server hosts when I wanted to go with surf hosting. 2, on their game panel, things load a bit slow not only for me, but for my friends such as plugin configs, and such. Other then those, surf hosting is the place to go!

Thank you for your review and high praise! We're thrilled that you found our support team helpful and that you enjoy our services. We take your feedback regarding the cost of our US bare metals and game panel speed seriously and are continually working to improve. We truly value your input.
