Camera video doesn’t load on doorbell push or motion. Can’t speak to customer service. Works sometimes so probably actually worth $4/month

The issue here is most likely the SkyBell itself. The manufacturer discontinued it back in 2022, and its video reliability had been slipping for years before that. What you're describing (video not loading on push or motion, working only some of the time) is exactly how these units behave as they age out.
