Surety has been quick to respond whenever an alarm goes off, police officers were dispatched to make sure we were OK. When I needed to use customer service, their agents were very friendly and accessible. We've been using their equipment and service for a few years now and we recommend Surety and its Alarm services. I originally discovered the company through real discussions from Reddit and Discord. They came highly recommended and don't nickel and dime their customers. I can say that's been my experience and we highly recommend them.

Surety has without a doubt some of the best customer service I have experienced, not only with alarm companies but all contractors and other companies I have dealt with in the past. They are always quick to respond to customers concerns and more importantly always have reliable correct solutions to the problems. On the rare occasion if they dont have an immediate resolution, they will work the problem until it is resolved. I cant say enough about the quality of this company and I am looking forward to being a customer for a long time ahead.

I have been a Surety customer for 4 months. In that time I have sent them numerous support requests. From general questions about my system to product inquiries to very specific configuration questions, they have answered all of my questions. Their response is courteous, clear and always the same day. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I pay them half what my local provider charges and receive more features. They are really awesome!
