This is an absolutely horrid company. Every paycheck they take about half for the insurance, they cover nearly nothing and struggling to pay the 100 dollars on meds. Doctor visits cost between 30-100 something dollars. Every two weeks they take half my paycheck... the only company that was available for me at the time through work Do not go with Surest, you will regret.

Worst healthcare plan I have ever been on. Horrible customer service. This plan is outright stealing from customers. They deny claims. Loose claims. Refuse to respond to appeals. Surest = Fraud!!!!

The monthly cost is lower than the old insurance I had, but the cost for copays or procedures are so high that you are much better off with the plan with the higher monthly cost. Not been a good experience. I will be switching back as soon as possible.

Don't make the switch to Surest, I switched last year to try it out through my employer, had nothing but issues. Needing prior approval for things I didn't need it for in the past, all the research is on your side (which can be good, but you'll be in for more than what you expect). I'll be switching back to a traditional health insurance. Surest is a "United Health Care" company, it seems this is their bottom of the barrel attempt to save money.

I'd give them a zero if I could. Simple out-of-network claim turned into (at last count) at least 10 phone calls. Was told claim processing takes 30 days. After 30 days, was told 45 days. Then it jumped to 90 days! Even the representatives cannot reach "Tier 2" supervisors. Currently on hold and it has been 45 mins. for this call...so far.

Why am i paying for this insurance and then paying out of pocket for everything. I will be dropping Surest and going to ACA as soon as open enrollment is active with my company. WORST insurance I've ever seen.

I’m a sole proprietor metal health professional. They seem to keep “losing” my claim submissions. I am owed over $1000 right now, and I am about to bill and terminate my clients on this plan. I can not afford to provide free care, and it takes hours to reach anyone at provider services, and they are not helpful.
