As stated by others, there are huge red flags with this company. I canceled services with this company 10 days before my contract ended. They put you through hoops to cancel, then they charge me again anyway. THEY CLAIM THAT EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO WRITTEN AGREEMENT, when I accepted services and clicked on the app, It was in the policy that you must cancel 15 days prior. Bogus!! Also the work is generic ads they use on FB. They advertised me in areas of law that I do not do such as lemon law, foster care rights, etc. They use basic AI bots to get the job done. They will claim to fix issues but never do. When I complained about being charged after I sent them two emails, they basically said they are not refunding the money.

They are selling you a software not a service. Your paying a lot of money just to request reviews and send out e-mails and social media post through their system. They do nothing in there "Middle Plan" for SEO optimization. Their key phrase and solution to all your issues is " keep using the platform " it might be better for a big company with a big budget that wants a lead managing CRM. They also trap you in with that 3 month contracted. Way over priced for what they actually do.
