Thanks for your feedback — we're sorry to hear you're feeling frustrated. We did want to clear a few things up. Your business has been listed with the correct Texas address the entire time you've been with us. The recent suspension of your Google Business Profile is likely due to new verification changes on Google’s side, which have been affecting many businesses lately. It wasn’t caused by anything we did. Someone from our team is reaching out to talk things through. We’re here to help however we can.

Hi William, We truly appreciate having you as a customer for the past four years. We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve been having trying to get in touch with Tristan. We understand how frustrating this must be. We’ve shared your concerns with our Customer Success team and let Tristan know about the situation. Hi Josh, We’d be happy to assist with canceling your account; however, there is a significant outstanding balance. This amount includes both unpaid subscription invoices and ad spend owed to Google, which will need to be settled before we can proceed with the cancellation. Please let us know if you have any questions or need assistance with the payment process. You can contact our team directly at [email protected].

Dear Kolby, We respectfully dispute and enthusiastically challenge your bold claim of a “75% drop” as success directly relies on your use of the platform. As for your site, when you cancelled your subscription, we sent you all necessary files and assets from your website as promised. Once we processed your cancellation, it was on you to maintain your website moving forward. Should you still acquire assistance, or if we can in some way still assist you, please contact [email protected].

Hi Kelvin, Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. We really regret that things did not go as smoothly as we both hoped during the offboarding process. We did our best to follow through on everything you requested, but it looks like there were a few bumps along the way. As mentioned during the offboarding, it was up to your point of contact to ensure your team had all the necessary account logins and was ready for the transition. Since you chose not to take the website with you, once the subscription ended, the site went offline. For your security, once the offboarding was complete, we no longer had access to those profiles. We understand why you decided to cancel, and we truly appreciate the opportunity we had to work together. Despite the bumps, we hope we can collaborate again down the road if the situation ever changes. Thanks again for your feedback, and we wish you the best moving forward.
