I would love to rate this company lower than a one-star. If you consider entering into an agreement with them, just know this: they will try to impress you up front, but what you get is a lot of repetitive low-end social media posts and Ai written blogs... nothing impressive. Their dashboard feels slick, but they added little if any value to my business. Once you sign on with them, they lack customer service and responsiveness. I told them I wanted to cancel my subscription last month and asked them to provide the necessary information for me to continue having my website hosted. They delayed responding, so they could bill me again. Then they demand that we have a meeting before I can cancel. It's absurd.

We're glad we were able to connect directly and clear up the miscommunication regarding our cancellation policy. We completely understand the frustration—your cancellation request came in on the 20th, just one day before your billing date. Unfortunately, our terms of service do require a notice period before the next billing cycle, so the final invoice had already gone through by the time we received it. It wasn't a matter of dragging our feet, it was just tough timing. These situations are never fun for either side, and we appreciate you working through it with us to reach a resolution for handling final payments. We wish you all the best moving forward.
