Thanks to Hannah and the team for making our relationship work so effortlessly! Having just upgraded 50 units across our mixed fleet after 5 years says that Surecam must be doing it right. Its a busy market place out there but you guys certainly stand out. From the ease of functionality and installation with the dashcams themselves to the simple but easily navigable software. Having these dashcams on our fleet have no doubt helped pull our insurance premium back to where we need them - more than a few times being used to bring 50/50 claims back into our favour or at worst countering bogus claims. Speed of downloads are superb. Multiple weekend installs never seem to be a problem and emails or queries - when they arise - are always answered promptly. Keep it up and you'll have Cougar Couriers custom for years !!

We have found the surecam system mostly positive, we rely heavily on any maintenance/fitting work being completed on weekends and the team always go above and beyond to make this happen. The very few issues we have had, have been dealt with efficiently and effectively.

We have worked with Surecam for a number of years to incorporate a tracking system and recording devices within our fleet of commercial vehicles. The system enables us to safeguard our drivers, and give great customer service to our customers who might ring to ask what time there delivery will arrive. We have also had to use it for incidents, and formal management of drivers, or even training for staff to highlight issues or concerns. It is very relevant when the footage comes from your own vehicles. Surecam continues to develop their systems, and upgrade the functionality on an ongoing basis, and we have regular reviews to ensure the provision works. The engineers and customer service team both provide an excellent and efficient service to us. Thanks to the entire team, but especially Hannah who is our main contact.
