Ordered slippers as a Christmas gift. After a week or so I asked about the status of my order only to find out the they were out of stock and the ordered cancelled. Would have been nice to notify me so I could make other plans. Not shopping here again.

A year ago, I would have given this company a 5.. What the heck happened. I got another order that is completely wrong.. 2 in a row. Now I can't seem to get a number to send back the items. Then I notice they have signed me up for auto send.. NO I DID NOT!! Plus just noticed that they charge you $11.99 for a "Smart Return Fee!! It came with the bill. The prices have gone up.. I'm done. Don't bother with this company it must be under new management.

I placed an online order with Support plus with first checking the reviews, After that I placed the order I checked the reviews, But let me tell you I am very satisfied with the quickness of receiving the order and everything was correct size and colors, Yes I give them 5 Stars

Thank you all for posting your candid responses. I have learned to always check reviews before I order from a company I don't recognize. I chose not to order some Propet sandals. I wondered why the price on the sandals was so much lower than other websites. And, then I noticed that this website even charged for shipping. Things just felt "off." So, thank you everybody for saving me from what would have been a BAD experience!

Be careful this company is a sham. I Ordered a pair of stockings. The wrong ones came. And then every month they were charging me $16 that I didn’t know about for some VIP membership. When I called they didn’t even Offer a refund. Stay away from this company

I wish that I had read the reviews first before ordering. I ordered 3 pair of socks only. One month later my order arrived incorrectly: 2 pair of cheap, tacky socks & 1 unordered rubber cheap back rubber. I called & a rude person whom I had trouble understanding, refused to send me the 3rd pair of socks without my returning their tacky back scrubber first.I asked for a return label which I never received!!!!

No returns allowed on purchase but no warning on catalog site, by purchase agent, customer service contacts (5 ea.. all of which promised to send return info and labels.) Phone call from strange number and strange name on called ID said item un-returnable (nasty interaction.) Totally time consuming, stressful, uninformed contacts. They seemed like stupid people who lied. I have received at least 50 annoying emails from the company. Also, extremely slower delivery and considerably more expensive than other sources. Whole experience with this company was totally disgusting with the exception of one lady. I can name names/dates/conversations.

Be careful ordering from this company!! I unknowingly ended up with a monthly membership, and when I called the number on my credit card statement to inquire about it I couldn't even get ahold of them--it was a wrong number. I ended up calling my credit card company, and they reversed the charges and initiated a charge-back procedure. But Support Plus refuted it and I got re-charged. So frustrating!
