Don’t use this company. They advertise products that are not in stock. They go ahead and charge you. They tell you they will be getting it in stock. Then I told them to cancel the order because of that ( I ordered a wedge pillow for after surgery and two sets of socks). They took off the pillow but kept the delivery charge the same. Quite a difference between sending a wedge pillow and socks. They claimed they would adjust the mailing fee but they never did. I DO NOT recommend using this company. In my opinion they are shady. Oh and the socks are such poor quality that they developed a hole after ONE WEAR! Extremely thin and cheap material.

This company preys on the elderly with VIP subscription service. This is part of their despicable business model. I'm writing this as I am on hold and being transferred around and hung up on. My elderly mother has been paying 14.95 for many months and receiving no product or benefit. Capital One was not helpful either.

Started charging my mom's credit card 16.99/mo for something we never signed up for: a VIP membership?? They have ignored phone calls, emails and online chats have started, only to drop out once they see my reason for chatting. How deplorable.

I placed an order for two tables n paid for them. I only received one table. When. I called support plus about the missing table, they immediately charged me for another table without my knowledge or consent. I notified my bank about the unauthorized charged and my debit card was closed. I was issued a new debit card. I received my second table but I also received a third table. I immediately returned the table. I was allegedly suppose to be reimbursed. It is almost June and I have not received any refund from Support plus. I was told that my refund was sent to my closed debit account card. That refund was not sent. They refuse to reimburse me. I will never shop at USA Support Plus again. Consumers Beware!

Zero stars! This company has been taking out 15.77 a month since jan 2023. I have a tramatic brain injury causing me to easily overlook things. I got my money back by calling 888-706-7687. First i was told i could only get 6 months back pay. I asked for the manager and he returned all my funds to me. Call that #, maybe you can get your money back as well. God bless

Company refused to cancel my auto ship. Kept sending product and billing my cc stating I never canceled. It took 8 phone calls and still would not stop sending product. I had to call my cc company and report that credit card as lost in order to end this craziness. This company preys on elderly people by continuing to ship products and bill cc even when canceled.
