The most useless waste of time ever. The ai cant direct you correctly, the "human" then doesn't have a clue what to do with the issue so then you have to submit a ticket. What the heck is the point of having a live chat then you idiots?

Nothing you can get from there. I tried to contact support team with my issue (xbox and microsoft accounts give me a dumb error for unkown reason). And there's only an AI chat which gives you advice not better than your neighboor. The customer service and problem solution levels are on the ground. No quality, no operativeness in customer support, guys.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The support for xbox is some stupid chat bot that doesn't answer anything. It tells you to contact support....where is it? This is not the first time I've purchased something for my child only for it not to work. Maybe I should buy a Playstation instead

For 4+ years my Xbox series S has had upgrade issues, every time I want to play an upload stops me from gaming for hours. I have all the automatic setting on and have even gone Offline to be able for quick access to game. But it’s no longer acceptable, quick easy gaming on this console is Not achievable. I know I’m helping them sell more Series X, but it’s a note Not to trust their advise on what the future of gaming looks like. Microsoft is not able to achieve or support their own direction.
