Basicly son accidently linked my Xbox account to the ps5 account. I told them this via support ticket as yes accidents happen I was blown off told I have to wait a whole mother fing year to unlink to get my skin's an all my unlocks back. Instead of there stupid selfs simply unlinking it. HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE YOUR PLAYER BASE HAPPY BUT NO ACTIVISION SEEMS TO LIKE TICKING US OFF. Then they wonder why we go to Battlefield 6

Been proven I am not cheating by their own team. Shadow ban twice now. Is this it now? Is this going to keep happening every time I have a good day & play better & get reported by salty players? It's actually upsetting in a pathetic way. I really do absolutely love their games. I've been a loyal fan. Spent lots of money to end up feeling discriminated against because I have lucky days & most days I'm a crap player as proven by my record. They checked the shadow dan 1st time round & found nothing. I know I sound like a baby. Yes, I guess I am. Gaming is my life & also the cost of games nower days! It's like being slapped in the face. I wish there was someone to talk to who works there. But no. Nobody. Can't file a ticket because it's a shadow dan & no decision has been made yet. I really ain't buying anything of their again. I really recommend anyone who reads this to reconsider buying their products. This could happen to you one day & you know you've not done anything & you'll get accused, be danned & loose out financially & emotionally. It's allot of money for them to not give factual evidence to why you've been shadow danned in the first place.

Have been a monthly sub for World of Warcraft for over 20 years, so thats quite a bit of cash gone their way. Even so i have had so many happy memories that its easily worth the £10 per month. Would be 5 stars if not for the fact their once good customer service is now non existent. Most negative reviews for Blizzard are from folks who got themselves a ban then complain about it. Warcraft will be one of the greatest games ever.

I have opened 4 support tickets for the same issue and they have been ignored, one was closed without any attempt to contact me in nearly 3 weeks

WHY DO I NEED TO CREATE A TEMPRARY ACCOUNT TO RECOVER MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT IF I'VE LOST MY 2FA. WHY CANT I FIND AN EMAIL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHY DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO EVEN TALK TO THEM AND WHY CANT I EVEN FIND AN HELP ME OPTION IF IM NOT LOGGED IN. WHY IS THE ONLY OPTION TO GET HELP IF I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO TELL YOU I WAS HACKED. THIS IS THE MOST BS CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN BY A MILE.
