If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have a 13 year old account, and the one time i decide to visit overseas and plug a keyboard and mouse into my console, my account gets hacked. I never found out until I got back to the states though, about two months after. My problem stems from the lack of communication and refusal to look into my issues. They just report back “ We’ve found nothing wrong” God forbid they overturn a BS ban or admit they were wrong. So now I’m unable to play any call of duty, and refuse to make a new account to lose everything I've ever bought in game

Banned for changing game files while on xbox (you can’t change game files on console). Thousands of dollars and 5.500 hours of playtime gone in one day.

I have a account, 4 years old, the most exclusive camos and everything, which y lost by having the wrong email. I contacted support and everything and provided all the information i know to change the email. The only thing is, i didn't gave them my exact COD points, so they literally closed the case and ignored me. Support isnt any good.

hackers and chat bans are awful, hackers everywhere, the only hackers getting banned are the ones not streaming hacking agasint streamers. meanwhile all hackers are getting people chat banned by making false claims just cos they died to someone so to get back they mass report and check every box and keep mass spamming for chat to at least get them banned on something cos they mad, streamers hacking are the worst, you call them out on a blatant hack they will join your lobbies and cuss you out with alot worse things that would make a sailor blush, but not only do they not get banned for hacks, they dont get banned for chat either. but they will get you banned at least on chat if your not hacking back. many times ive seen people even on you tube who got chat bans who never speak, or the ones who only talk in discord never in game also getting chat banned. better yet i was totally chat banned for 14 days for saying hacker, thats its, hacker and i typed it in chat cos i dont use prox chat or any other then team chat in game cos im always chat banned so i figured turning off prox woujld work, WRONG. then while i was chat banned i got 2 more chat violations while i was totally locked out of all chat by activision so no way i could chat to anyone and i still got violations, avtivision is so liberal garbage anymore its stupid. at this point all games should be free unless they activly bann all hackers on site, and since they have kill cams its easy for someone to watch the clip and see the blatant wall and or aimbot, even the tag hack where the same team wipes the exact same team over and over until fully wiped from a match, those are super easy ways to see the hacks and it doesnt take anyone over the mental capacity of a 8 yr old to see it and ban it. and the chat banns need to be thrown out compleatly they dont like what you say its easy to deal with, mute them or block them and never again have to see or hear thier chat ever, IF I REPORT A HACKER BEST I CAN DO IS BLOCK AND IF THEY JOIN A LOBBY IM IN AFTER IM ALREADY PLAYING I GET THE OPTION TO LEAVE, why am i to leave my lobby instead of throwing them to the next lobby they broke the rules why punish me? activision needs to stop making games they have no love for the games they make, they took the ones who made good games and just keep mass producing the same thing with upgraded graphics thats it, the people who loved making them no longer in the company.

Mittlerweile seit 3 Tagen mit denen am diskutieren und die Beta ist kurz vorm Ende... So verliert man Kunden. Spiel ist mittlerweile auch storniert !!

Garbage, doesn't care about players, only profit. Bricking older Gen systems, constant broken sync data loops, huge lag, don't spend money, boycott this atrocious company and all their products.. time to switch to battlefield or apex. That's before I even start on the cheating in game: they're doing NOTHING to keep the experience fun, they're literally forcing the hackers to play in casual modes, making it impossible for the casual player to enjoy. 0 out of 5 stars. Do not recommend, do not buy, tank the stocks, sell sell sell. Force these money hungry parasites to fix broken products instead of burying them in new updates and flashy in game content. You wouldn't buy a broken product in a retail store without returning it immediately, don't buy this broken product either.

Ils ne peuvent pas m'aider pour un jeu steam donc ils lient mon compte activision et mon compte steam sans me consulter. Pas de bol c'est pas le bon compte. Du coup ils ne peuvent pas m'aider car "je contacte pour un compte qui n'est pas le mien" A la suite de quoi ils cloturent mon ticket en boucle en m'invitant à contacter Steam...
