I ran across this website by a Google search looking for retail items for an Automobile Mechanic shop waiting room. We have a large comfortable area for customers to wait while their cars are being repaired. I have an area where I could set up a shelf to put items for sale (I don't really know what yet. lol) Terry's already has a business license to sell automobile parts, so the tax permit we already have should be fine. I asked in a chat for some ideas, and the person responded immediately and I felt like this site has people that work in it (like a physical store) to point us in the right direction for the products we need. 1st time ordering with them, and my last time!! Order was placed 4/18 still haven't received anything! I was provided with a tracking# that all it shows is "label created" it's been like that for a week already! The advertisement for 2-3 weeks delivery is false!! I've been emailing"customer service" and all they responded is BS!!

Andrea was exceptional in her knowledge of the business. She thoroughly answered all of my questions. I felt valued and that she was there to serve.

I had a few discrepancies with the items I ordered. Andrea was extremely helpful and explained things very clearly. She was quick to find answers to my questions and did the research to make sure she was giving me accurate information.

I love the products from supplied and when items are broken or missing Jehan has always helped me in reporting these minor issues. One of the best communicative and very prompt responses I have ever experienced with a wholesaler. All my supplied products literally fly off my shelves once they are listed and they are not even my main supplier. Always super excited to see new releases and the Supplied Family is the best supportive group a small business owner can ask for. Highly recommend!! Yes shipping takes long and sometimes there are delays, but that is something that is expected for a global wholeseller. Their products are worth the wait though.

Answered promptly and responded promptly. When i could not screen shot she figured out another way to communicate by email. I appreciate the above an beyond. I have been so impressed by this company and I have referred others. Thanks Andrea
