Our standard delivery window is 2-3 weeks from order placement. There were some delays in late April (which were clearly communicated on the website, as well as via transactional emails). All orders are shipped internationally, with FedEx being the domestic last-mile carrier, so the tracking information is very real - I'd really like to know more from your perspective here. Hi Johanna, Sorry to hear that your experience with Supplied has been less than stellar. We have been experiencing some delays due to a large volume of orders in April. Normally it takes 10 days to consolidate your order from all the factory partners your items come from, then shipping takes around 7 days. So under normal circumstances, our delivery timeframe is 2-3 weeks. Currently we're expecting to clear the backlog completely this week, so your order should ship this week if it has not already. Hi Sheri, Thanks for the feedback! We typically see that about 10-15% of the items ordered will be unavailable or out of stock due to demand - we don't actually manufacture or stock any items ourselves, so it's really up to the factory's remaining inventory levels. I also checked into your refund for you, and our system shows a refund processed on September 17th, for $58.11. We will follow up with our payment provider to investigate the issue, but please understand that we've already submitted the refund and it's being processed by a financial institution already. Hi Char, Could you let me know the email you used to sign up with us? I'd like to audit our customer service team's activity. We have very strict policies here that are the exact opposite of many of your points: 1. No one is allowed to cancel an order unless the customer requests it. 2. Our delivery turnaround time is 15-18 days, we try to be as transparent about this as possible on the website and via email. 3. Our customer service response rate has been within 1 business day. So, seeing your review is quite alarming to us, and we'd like to do an internal investigation. As for your refund, please rest assured that it has been processed and that we were indeed having some technical issues that were resolved late last week.
