I don't understand all these bad reviews. For every order I've made, although slow to accept payment and ship my order, SupplementsGeeks have always delivered my order even though it took 1 month since my purchase to receive my parcel. I'm giving 4 stars because they are kinda slow with responding to my emails and not giving more elaborate explanations. Also the customer service number never answers. Overall I did recieve my orders, although slow. Cheers

I ordered 5lbs pounds of protein powder from this seller and was suppose to ship in 3to 7 business days and it’s been 7 and has never shipped. I feel like I got scammed from them Though they never actually charged my card it’s pending…I will never do business with this seller again.

I ordered two containers of powdered pre workout supplement. I did not open one right away because I was finishing my previous product and had slowed down due to a cold but I store my supplements in a cool, dry place and have never had a problem. When I opened the first, it was moist, hard, gummy and I had to dig, not scoop- it’s supposed to be powder. Opened the second, the same thing. I sent Supplement Geeks an email with picture, requesting refund or replacement. They insinuated it was an issue on my end and that the picture led them to believe I had been using the product- which is ridiculous. Would not open both if using, and wet powder takes about half of the container. They clearly do not store their products properly and do not back the quality. Will NEVER buy from them again and suggest you shop elsewhere, seems like a crapshoot, even if the prices look good. I had to throw what I bought away.

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM. YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!!! I would get zero if I could. I've made two orders for some supplements that I never received never had communication with them and had to cancel them. Finally, on the third try, they were back ordered, of course.But I finally got them. When received, the two bottles were cracked open. I've called emailed et cetera, and they will not respond. Worst communication company i've ever seen. I guess i'm out all my money for this sale. I'm done with them they suck. PERIOD.

Zero trust in this online store. I purchased several vitamin bottles, received a confirmation of the order that stated it would be shipped within 7 days. That was over 30 days ago. The phone number on the site goes to a VM that is full. Email responses have assured me on 3 occasions that the products were going to be delivered in a few days. The site is suspect and may just be farming for people's credit card information. DO NOT purchase from them. UPDATE: 8 weeks later my package arrived. Customer service never provided tracking information on the shipment so I revised my star rating from 1 to 2.

Zero if that was a choice. Purchased 5 bottles of the same item. They were delivered while I was out of town. When I arrived home the box all bottles were wrapped in bubble wrap but one was cracked and had started to leak out slowly. I emailed SG and they said everything was delivered without damage. When I shared a picture of the wet box and then the wrapped bottle that was cracked and leaking they took no responsibility. We had a didalog regarding the situation but they would not even credit the $6.00. NO BIGGIE BUT - DO NOT- I SAY DO NOT EXPECT THIS COMPANY TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, SHIPPING OR SUPPORTING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I never received my order, the phone number only gives me dead air, they won't respond to my emails.

Never sent my order and gave me bogus responses when I asked. I feel silly having never checked the reviews before placing my order. Never again...beware!
