Ordered a few articles of clothing, all which were in stock at the time of purchase. A week later, i received an email informing me not only have they not sent my order out after a week, but an article of clothing was no longer available due to it being discontinued.......why was the site not updated to say this? I had been speaking to a rep a number of times previous to this purchase as it was my first time ordering from here and nothing was said to me about this discontinued item when I had inquired about it every time i called. First impressions are everything and this one definitely left a sour taste for me. Probably wont order from this website again.......or i guess, ever for that matter

I orded some products last week, tha payment thru paypall has been authorized and it was mever sent. I expect the delivery as soon as possible

I placed order 388106 on 11/22/14, 8 days ago, and it's been "pending" or "processing" since. My emails haven't been answered, and I've no idea if there's an issue with the credit card or something else is wrong. Additionally, each time I log into my account online, I notice my order not only remains in the cart, but it adds all the items on my order into the cart again. I've cleared the cart, but it comes back. If I log in 3 times, my order is there again times three! So, again, this makes me question if my order ever left the cart or was properly received.
