I will never buy anything from you again
I've made an order more than 15 dyas ago and I see no change in my order status even after I sent you the credit card authorization code. Additionallu, you guys simply do not reply to my messages! That's the 4th email I send you. I am very sorry to say that I will never buy anything from you again...

Hello, Sorry you had a bad experience with your order. As part of security we needed to review the order and request the additional information. What email address were you using to contact us? We have been getting a few emails caught in our spam folder.

Hello, Sorry the shipping is taking longer than usual. You can track the package status at here: http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/?trackingnumber=GM555321814000077031. Normally DHL can take 2 weeks for delivery, but if there are delays in their main hub it can take 4-6 weeks.

bought and not sent
I am a long time customer of the store, but I am very sad and disappointed. made a purchase and ateh now the product has not been sent, I sent complaint is not answered me.
