Great Quality Hoodie

lousy
If there was a rating less than 1 star, I would have picked ti. I ordered a product, waited over 2 weeks and was refunded because you were unable to provide the product you advertised for sale. Greatest marketing for a competitor ever.

Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We had a pending order with NOW Foods and they didn't inform us of the out of stock issue until one week later, which is when you order was canceled and you were notified by email. The product has been discontinued by NOW Foods also.

Disapointed
After two straight years buying products on a monthly basis from Supplement Central they decided to lower the quality of customer services to the floor. I had spent almost U$ 1000, only this year, and recently I had two purchases canceled and they simply refused to give me any information about it. Never have trouble with my Credit Card before, so I don´t think it´s a matter regarding the Credit Card company. But by not giving me the information that I need they simply do not give a damn about our orders or if they care about keepo doing business. That´s the way I see it.

Hello, We contacted you regarding this transaction because you created a new account and there wasn't order history associated with the new account. Since the order was a bit larger and the billing and shipping address were different we kindly asked you to provide verification to help protect both the card holder and our company. You chose to refuse to provide us with this information, we had no choice but to cancel the order. We can offer you a large discount for an order in the future if you so chose to use us again.
