If you're going to offer a free product list that colors are limited or not available at all. Didn't find out until AFTER I placed the order.

Nothing was falsely advertised, the picture showed a grey shirt and that's what was included with the order. Also it was free.

We sent you an email the day the order was processed asking for additional information. We could not send the order until we received that information.

I feel I should have gotten a response after I placed the order/it took 2 weeks before I received an email stating that my item had been shipped & a tracking number. I feel I should have been notified right after I placed my order that it was it process.

This company SupplementCentral is unbelievably unprofessional. They charged my credit card and never notified me that the product that I ordered was unavailable. Only by checking my credit card charges 10/27/15, was I able to see charge on 10/14/15. So, if a customer doesnt carefully check their credit card charges, SupplementCentral.com collects money for nothing! I will be telling all my relatives, friends, and neighbors to never deal with this company.

We apologized for the mistake we made. We do not charge people for the orders they place and just cancel them without refunding the customer. We have been in business for 14 years now and that is not how we operate.

Its the only shop on web who really care for the customers.They work every day to satisfy them .Look on their web its only who offer different shipping option to send all over the world .On communication they are fast to resolve any issue or to give u other option they are flexible not like an answering machine .I bought before from bodybuilding i asked many time for the shipping option or to resolve problems they dont care in many issue they just give an cold answer without resolving it because no one operator care thats make the difference from supplementcentral.com .I would buy every time and to cooperate even to help on their extension over the world

421441 10/12/2015 Voided $117.26 I needed these items or I would not have ordered them I've been waiting for weeks... I wrote supplement central in regards to what was the hold up on my order? Never heard from them I went back in to see when my order would be arriving and I get in the status VOIDED really what the heck??? Don't think I'll be a customer any longer can't believe they didn't send my order or contact me after I asked what the hold up was.... VOIDED I can't believe how unprofessional....

You were contacted the day you placed the order and we requested information from you to verify you were indeed the card holder. If a response is not received we cannot ship your order.
