Excellent driver and service

Scheduling was a breeze online with their app. Canceling and rescheduling was super efficient. My driver, Ken, was very friendly, informative, safe, reliable, considerate and helpful! Was waiting for me and opened the door, took all of my luggage AND delivered my luggage to my townhome door!

SuperShuttle has never let me down. Makes my travel less stressful thank you.

Easy communication. On time overall great job. Thank you

Easy to use website. Driver was waiting on me when i arrived at PHX airport.

I had a really good experience with SuperShuttle. The pick-up at the airport was smooth - you either check-in on your phone or speak to a member of staff who then notifies the company you've arrived. You are then matched to the next available shuttle and staff will guide you and your co-passengers to the vehicle. I booked my return trip with plenty of time to get to the airport so that a delay wouldn't be a problem. Good call, since traffic was terrible! You share the shuttle with other passengers so don't expect to be the only one. It will take some time to get around to everyone's hotels. That's why they offer such a good price. I would definitely recommend this service. BUT: if you're the kind of person who is very optimistic with time and like to cut things pretty close, I would probably advise you to go with another option. This shuttle could run for over 2 hours if traffic is bad and you're the first pick-up.

Moderate prices, friendly drivers and VERY punctual!

I've used SuperShuttle several times for rides to and from the airport and concerts. I always request the same driver, and the service has been excellent each time. Our driver would always meet us at the baggage claim and help carry our luggage to his vehicle. And the phone operators are friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend them if you don't feel like dealing with the hassle of driving to and from the airport or stadium and paying for parking.
