Definitely a scam guys - don’t fall for this. Not only did it not work, when I emailed them telling me the service was not working for me and wasn’t connecting my Instagram account, they informed me they don’t issue refunds and blocked me on Instagram for good measure. If a business blocks you on their social media after requesting a refund via email, is that not a red flag?

It’s a fraud It’s been three days that I paid for my order but still no product is delivered worse part I can’t even call any customer service to get my refund

Absolute scam! No response or delivery of the product after payment. Ads are misleading. They should be removed from social media platforms.

Hi Oliver, Sourabh from SuperProfile here. I looked into your account. You were charged once, $4.99 on Feb 19, when you started the Creator Plan. The renewal one month later didn't go through, and the subscription was automatically cancelled. There are no future charges, and there have been none beyond that first one. You might have received repeated emails because of Stripe retrying that failed renewal. There have not been any new charges to your card. In case, your bank statement shows anything different from this, please email me at [email protected] and I'll look into it. Sourabh SuperProfile

Hi Neel, Sourabh from SuperProfile here. Paying for a product and receiving an empty folder is not acceptable, and we will make this right. If a creator on SuperProfile delivers nothing or delivers junk, we refund the buyer in full and act on the creator's account under our terms. Please email [email protected] mentioning the email you paid with, the order ID from your confirmation, and the creator's product link. I'll personally see your refund through, and we'll investigate the creator. Sourabh SuperProfile

A lot of people are creating fake accounts similar to the actual ones and finally we get into trap of wrong payment. These people should do a proper background check before allowing any person to sell their product.

Hi Bulbul, Thanks for raising this. We take issues like impersonation and payment fraud seriously. To be clear, SuperProfile is a platform that provides infrastructure. We do not control or represent individual sellers. That said, we already have safeguards in place and actively investigate reports of impersonation or misuse when they are flagged to us. If you’ve made a payment to the wrong or fake account, please write to us at [email protected] with details. We will look into it and take appropriate action, including disabling accounts that violate our terms.

🚨 Beware: Scammers Alert! 🚨 Bought a 1:1 consultation call (60 mins) for ₹299, but ZERO response after payment. Tried emailing masculineworld & Super Profile—cricket chirping. If you value your money, stay far, far away from _masculineworld_. Claiming to help with ‘masculinity’ but clearly scamming people. 💔 Rating: 1/5 (Wouldn’t give them 1 but meh...)" Feel free to tweak it! Also, you should report this to your bank/UPI provider and file a complaint with cybercrime.gov.in—might help others dodge this trap. 😤 Want help drafting a complaint?

Hi Avinash. This is definitely not the experience we want for anyone. Please email me at [email protected] with your order details so we can look into it immediately. SuperProfile only provides the payment and delivery infrastructure, but we take cases like this seriously and will work with the creator to resolve it quickly.
