Le service client répond très rapidement (24h00 max) jusqu'à ce que vous demandiez à retourner votre commande en utilisant votre droit à la rétraction sans justification pendant un délai de 14 jours après réception. Depuis ma demande de retour, je n'ai plus aucune nouvelle, ils font les morts. Je comptais initialement leur laisser un avis positif malgré le retour de ma commande, sauf que là c'est dur de vous recommander un vendeur qui ignore les demandes de retour de ses clients... Je me demande ce qui leur prend car tout était très pro jusque là.

Do not buy from them! You can get the exact same lightsabers from Alibaba/Aliexpress for half the price. I found this out too late and now they don’t cooperate in a refund. I asked for a cancellation but they waited with responding until the product was already sent. They told me they can help with a refund when I got the product but when I received it they said it was too late.

Ich habe vor Wochen ein Lichtschwert bei Superneox bestellt und war zunächst optimistisch, da auf der Website eine Lieferzeit von 7–10 Tagen angegeben war. Als nach dieser Zeit nichts ankam, kontaktierte ich den Support und erhielt eine vage Antwort, dass es aufgrund von "Lagerproblemen" zu Verzögerungen käme. Drei Wochen später hieß es immer noch das Gleiche – keine konkreten Infos, keine Lösung. Irgendwann hatte ich genug und habe die Bestellung storniert. Zum Glück habe ich über PayPal bezahlt, denn der Shop hat mein Geld nicht freiwillig zurückerstattet. Erst nach einer Woche des Wartens und dank PayPal’s Intervention habe ich mein Geld zurückbekommen. Interessanterweise meinte der PayPal-Support, dass sie regelmäßig Probleme mit Superneox haben und der Shop als unseriös gilt, da sich viele Beschwerden häufen. Noch skurriler: Die Tracking-Adresse, die auf der Website angegeben ist, existiert gar nicht! Absolut lächerlich. Thankfully, I paid via PayPal because the shop refused to refund me willingly. After a week of waiting, PayPal stepped in and got my money back. Shockingly, PayPal support told me they constantly have issues with Superneox and that the shop has a reputation for being untrustworthy, with tons of complaints piling up. To make things even sketchier, the tracking address listed on their website doesn’t even exist! Absolutely ridiculous. Stay far away from this store—there are plenty of legit sellers out there who won’t scam you. Update: Got my refund after PayPal intervened, but it never should’ve come to that. Avoid Superneox at all costs!

Don’t buy from Them if you want your product Arriving Early because shipment is always very delayed about 9 days before they ship it and then maybe 4 days extra

The top of the lightsaber blade is slightly off alignment and when I contacted support I was told this is normal for the top of the blade to be off alignment. To me this isn't normal and is a manufacturing defect, this can also lead to minor inconsistencies in the light appearance near the top. I have a 31" blade from a lightsaber that I purchase for Superneox and the top is aligned correctly. From the first email, support had their mind set to this is normal and no replacement, fix or exchange is required and didn't want to help any further. UPDATE 23rd June 2025 (after Superneox response below) It’s disappointing that Surperneox are still not willing to help, an off alignment at the top of the blade is NOT normal. I don’t believe they have a “technical engineer” as the blade could’ve been sent back for further analysis or inspection. It looks more they are a reseller company and don’t want to deal with any issues.

I ordered the Ani SE lightsaber on the 24th of May under the impression that it would be delivered within 10 days as said on the website. I’m now a week late without delivery and DHL say that it’s not even in Ireland yet however I received an email from Superneox claiming that it would be delivered in 3-5 days on June 3rd. It has not been delivered and this company seem to be all over the place with delivery based on multiple other reviews.

I ordered the ‘Grogu’ saber from Superneox, with the free shipping option via Evri, a courier that frequently delivers to my house. The next morning, I recieved an email from Superneox telling me that I had an outstanding payment of £20.00 for shipping, as I needed to pay for FedEx to deliver it, because Evri “doesn’t deliver to your area”. When I responded to the email by cancelling my order, I was told the refund process was completed and it was now up to my bank to process the payment, but no payment ever entered my bank and I never recieved my refund. When I tried to email them about, I was met with no replies, and lost all of my money without receiving the saber. It is a total scam, and I would never recommend purchasing off this website.
