Dear all , Greating from dubai . Once our order ready to ship it's 2 box .. And we are shocked to recive just one box after contact to your team we find the other box is still in your factory .. This point is reduced the shipping cost . Thank you

"Hi Hassam and Shakir, I have learned that due to an internal miscommunication between production and shipping, we shipped your order on separate days causing an increase in your shipping cost. I apologize for the mistake and have discussed this internally to prevent a re-occurrence (see below). Once the mistake happened, we should have paid for the increased cost above what you would have paid if they shipped at the same time since you did not authorize partial shipments. Based on our calculations, the extra amount we would have paid using our account in this situation is $163.00. If you agree, I would like to return this to you.
