Hi Simon, Thank you for sharing feedback about your experience. After talking to support, there was no mention any chat or ticket or phone call for assistance. However, you reached out to support for assistance a year ago and posted to Trustpilot about this same issue. Please see last year’s reply as it pertains to the same issue: “The manual shows that Memory should be on DIMMA2. Burn in report shows that the memory was installed in DIMMA2. There is no history of Support confirming that the memory was in the wrong slot, it could simply be a misunderstanding of the manual. The memory is configured to the right slot.” This time Burn-in test shows they were installed in the correct according to motherboard documentation, slots DIMMA2 and DIMMB2. Your systems, like all of our systems, are burned in over several hours. Your systems, like all systems we ship, did pass the burn in testing. Thank you for your order, Matt

Hi Jeff, Thank you for sharing feedback about your experience. After talking to support, they have no record of contact about any of the computers on your order. They looked for emails that may have been tied to the computers, the invoice number, and the serial numbers but have no records in their system. The computers on this invoice, like all computers, are burned in over several hours. These computers, like all computers that ship, first must pass the burn in testing. Dear Reese, thank you for your order and thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am very sorry for the inconvenience that this caused. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we take it very seriously as it helps us identify areas for improvement. The graphics card that was not functional when you received it did work here, so the suspected cause of this issue is damage during shipment. The graphics card was large and heavy. We suspect that the root cause of this issue is that additional structural support inside the computer case is required in certain situations in order to make the journey to you safely. After meeting about the issue, we took corrective action by creating a procedure to use expanding foam from Instapak, to surround and support large and heavy cards in computers. We have updated our assembly procedures with this additional procedure. Again, I apologize this happened and am grateful you took the opportunity to let us know. Thanks, Matt M

Hi John, Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. Each of our computers is custom made to your particular configuration, so you have the information on your specific system. We provide/you should have received all of the documentation provided with the system that is included with each component of your particular system. The main component is the motherboard (in your case the ASRock H370M-ITX/ac). Among other things, this documentation explains the location of each of the ports (USB, HDMI, etc) on the rear of the SL-1U-AH370I-GC. You should also have links to places you can download BIOS updates should they be released in the future. Since you ordered Microsoft Windows 10 Professional, 64-Bit, that operating system was pre-installed so the computer should open right up into Windows. Because our computers are not stocked but are individually built to order, they usually take about 7-9 business days to get parts in build and ship (we do offer an expedite service which allows us to overnight any needed parts and reduces lead time to 3-4 business days or less). I apologize for going beyond our usual ship time and shipping your system in 13 business days. I also apologize for the lack of communication regarding this delay, and appreciate your bringing it to my attention - I am looking into why it happened.
