They for sure kept me informed on the status of my order. They were very prompt in answering preorder questions. They shipped pretty much on the projected ship date. They must have had to get the part from a supplier since it was a couple weeks from order to ship.

My apologies to vendor superlogics for my original review - comments below - . I got them mixed up with another vendor we used to purchase another Panel Mount PC. my original statements regarding the product were submitted and I was think of a different vendor. - original comments - I guess if you need what they have it ok... BUT the panel mount PCs are overpriced and old technology. Compared to other items on the market, this equipment is already mostly obsolete and definitely overpriced. -

I think your service is top knock but your sales of computers customized has something to be desired. Overall, I'll give it a great rating of the whole experience with Superlogics!! I definitely recommend them.
