Another Home-Run! Our second order for custom dedicated rack gear. Phenomenal price & service- honest, fast turn-around, very knowledgeable support. We are very picky entertainment production pros, and since we found Superlogics, we wouldn't dream of ever building in-house again, OR going anywhere else for a custom build!

Lead time too long.
Response from SuperLogicsApr 21, 2019
Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your business. You are right, and I apologize that the lead time for your order took too long. The systems you ordered use a motherboard from a company called ITOX that they typically have in stock. Because they typically stock the board in the US, and because we only sell about 4 of them per month, we keep a small quantity at our production facility in Natick, MA. Over the past three months sales of systems with that motherboard have increased from 4 per month to 7 per month depleting our supply, and more importantly, lead time has changed from ITOX from off-the-shelf to 1-2 months. We have increased our re-order set point on this item and are working with the vendor to try to understand whether this was a temporary disruption in their supply or a longer term lead time change that we need we need to account for when determining our re-order set point. I thank you for your review. Matt x101
