I had called the company and explained to them that I was moving and canceled my account so they come and moved the tank and told me what was in there dollar amount. I was told one price of Over $900 dollars and I waited for the cheque to come and never showed up now today I call again and the cheque is in the mail $399 I called and asked why they screwed up big time. I have been waiting on this money since April and today I find out that the cheque is only put in the mail if I owed them the money I would have been charged interest they should pay me the $900 and the interest on top of what they owe me. This is how they treat a customer that was with them for 7 years never missed a payment. All I got from the lady was I am sorry about this. They like you business until your stop doing business with them and then they treat you like crap Thanks for nothing Clayton lynch I was in Alberta when this happened Bad company to deal with

Awful customer service. I had to call back 7 times and am still waiting for someone to consider “calling me back today”. And I am a new customer trying to set up an account. The call dropped on their end when setting my my account. They didnmr bother calling back despite the fact we were almost finished. I called back and was told she was going to call me back. She never did. I called back, the phone drops all the time. I called back, the person couldn’t do anything. I asked them to message the original woman. They said she will aim to call me today. Unprofessional and lazy.

I've been dealing with this company for over a decade. The first problem that I had with them had to do with them charging me way more than I could have been paying. I got a tip from someone who saw what I was being charged. That individual told me to call and complain and request a different rate. I didn't know there were various options. After 1-2 phone calls, I got my rate reduced by half. It was great that I got that decrease, but why was a paying so much more for so many years? I had one other issue with them last year, but winter conditions played a part in it, so I'll not document it here. However, awhile back I got notice that I was going to start receiving automatic delivery of my propane. I contacted them and indicated that I did not ask or want that because I am often not living at that dwelling in the winter. They made note of that and said that I would not be on automatic delivery. A month ago, while I was out of the country, I receive notice that I'm soon to receive an automatic delivery. I contacted them and was reassured that I indeed was not in the system on automatic delivery and need not worry about getting a delivery. I got a delivery anyway. And a bill. I sent them several emails and two weeks passed before I received an explanation that pretty much said, sorry for the inconvenience; we made a mistake. They made no effort whatsoever to compensate me for an expense I wasn't ready to pay for at this time. It's their near complete disregard for my many emails and frustration that is most upsetting.
