Professional instructor with entertaining techniques that keep the class engaged and focused. Communication with the class was direct and thoroughly demonstrated todays lesson so he lesson was easy to grasp. We were provided a safe space to learn and ask questions in so ultimately it was easier to absorb the information.

The two-day training virtual class I did with Paul for becoming a licensed insurance agent was one of the best learning experiences that I've had. I enjoyed hearing his knowledge and his working solutions. He is not only an expert at his job but also a wholesome person to be in the company of with lots of joy to bring to others. I thank him for being an inspiring leader for me and others as I transition to a very rewarding career opportunity.
