Hi Michelle, Thanks for your review and I do appreciate your review but I have emailed you back a few times as we have responded on the 24th of June and approved your return address. I also followed up again on the 26/6, 29/6 and the 2/7 but I have not had a reply. Can you please let us know if there is another email on hand we can get in touch with you on? The return is opened now and we are still happy for you to send them back! Thanks, Superior Hair

So sorry for the late reply — we just came across your lovely review from May and didn’t want to miss the chance to say thank you! 💛 We’re so happy to hear you loved your ponytail and clip-in extensions — and that the quality and look had you feeling amazing! ✨ Thank you as well for your note about the ponytail not wrapping perfectly. Sometimes a few extra bobby pins or a slight adjustment in placement can help — but if you're still finding it tricky, feel free to reach out, we’d love to help! 💕 Are you still using your ponytail now? If it’s holding up well, that makes us so happy — and if you need anything at all, we’d absolutely love to assist you again! 💕 — Team Superior Hair ✨
