Overall happy with our purchase
Overall happy with our purchase. However, what we originally wanted was able to be ordered online and then we got an email stating that they were not in stock. It would be helpful in the future for out of stock items to be updated accordingly.

Poor sizing and doesn't refund freight
I ordered shoes for my daughter, following the instructions that they provided online and when they arrived they were far too small. The company requires an RA number (clearly disclosed) but will only refund the shoe price. They charge for the shipping and then you have to pay to return the shoes. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone trying to but shoes online.

Thank you for your review. I understand how difficult shoe shopping can be online. Due to the rising costs of shipping prices, it is not economical to cover all shipping costs unless the return is covered under a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, but we have dropped our restocking fee to negate some of the costs for our customers. Custom poms
Only issue is we ordered custom poms that were supposed to be red and black with metallic white and the whit doesn’t seem any different than the red and black
