Purchased megaphones and realized I…
Purchased megaphones and realized I ordered the wrong size. Would not allow an exchange even though I called immediately once I received and realized. They still had the packaging on and were not used. Thank you for your response. I do understand having policies in place, but I want to point out that the marketing photo on your site was misleading. The image showed a girl standing next to the megaphones in a way that made them appear much larger than they actually are, which influenced my purchasing decision. Additionally, I didn’t notice the no-return policy during checkout because it was not clearly visible. The notice is very small and easy to overlook. I only found it after going back to look once I was told returns weren’t accepted. It would be more customer-friendly to make that policy more obvious during the purchase process, especially for items like this where size can be easily misjudged from the pictures.
