Warning...1 means you truly just get 1…
Warning...1 means you truly just get 1 pom pom. $32.82 later I only have 1 pom pom. Who orders just 1 pom pom??? I hope you are happy. I know there are multiple families on our cheer team who just ordered the 1 pom pom and now have to go back and order a second. Why would you sale them that way? It's already expensive enough but to trick people into paying the shipping twice is just wrong.
Response from Superior Cheer and DanceAug 26, 2025
Thank you for your review. Please note that poms are sold individually, as many customers and performance groups prefer to order different colors for each hand. We apologize for any confusion regarding the term "each," which refers to a single pom. Amanda - Customer Care Team

Shipping costs way too high
Shipping costs way too high; told the cheer coach that we need to source things differently
Response from Superior Cheer and DanceAug 26, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. You may speak with your coach about ordering as a group as that will take you in shipping costs. Also, all orders over $300 receive free shipping. Amanda- Customer Care Team

Really good!
Bought the cone for my (now) ex boyfriend’s (who is a cheerleader) birthday. It was kinda expensive but cheaper than other places so not too bad then. It arrived like a week after i bought it so super fast compared to when it said it would arrive. Then we broke up like the next week and now im just saddled with it cuz of the no returns on that specific cone. (My problem not the companies) So if you need a good cone for cheer i recommend! Just make sure if you are buying for someone else you dont break up with them before giving it to them…

We appreciate your review and are glad the cone arrived quickly. We are sorry to hear about the breakup. Thank you for the recommendation! Amanda - Customer Care Team

Not charge 16 dollars for shipping wil never use you again!!!!
Response from Superior Cheer and DanceAug 25, 2025
We appreciate your feedback and regret that the shipping cost affected your experience. Unlike many companies, we do not build shipping costs into the price of the product so that must be charged separately. Amanda- Customer Care Team
