I am very happy with their customer service. When I first made my booking I accidentally misspelled one of the passengers of my families name. This got me extremely stressed as I have heard how this can cause all sorts of problems and force you to cancel and re-book, etc. Nancy was so good at resolving this for me at no cost. She was fabulous in responding to my questions very quickly, both over the phone and via email. Although I didn't enjoy having to deal with the process of fixing the mistake, it was resolved much to my satisfaction.

Nancy did an awesome job for us! We would definitely use her again for an airline travel we need.

The customer service was great, Nancy was very positive and worked hard to get the best deal. I had booked ticket with some other agent and it was over 24-hours and they were charging me $250 for cancellation. Nancy prepared me to be tough with other agency and due to weekend I still have window to cancel for 48 hours and not pay any cancellation charges. I paid considerably less than $250 for cancellation and booked with Superfares and still save money. The suggestion I have is that the ticket purchase process was not fully online. Also, I had to scan my Driver License and Credit Card to provide it to you which makes me uncomfortable due to sensitive data. I will definitely give you a call to check on the ticket prices for future travel needs. Thank you.
