It was a right decision in choosing superfare. Amandeep was a great help, she went out of her way to help me in getting a reasonable price ticket even though it was a last minute thing.

The rep was very professional and knowledgeable which helped in the transaction. He was also persuasive and offered number of alternate options. The only sore point is the requirement of sending photocopies of passport/driving licence and credit card which is risky on the internet.Such a requirement is not there on Canadian or US sites.

We were looking for better fares in comparison to the prices on the airline website. But unfortunately, did not get any discounts. So there was no difference than booking with the airline directly. We still went ahead to book as Rishi was professional and polite.
