Frankly I was initially a little bit worried about the company because of the name and the discount prices. However I did some research including looking them up on Trust Pilot and decided to give them a try The website said the item we were interested in was out of stock. I used the chat feature and found out they were expecting a shipment soon and that we could go ahead and order it to be on the backordered list. We went ahead and ordered the item and it actually shipped a day earlier than they said so it arrived early. I'm sure we'll be ordering from them again.

The order process and receiving of the rice cooker are very good. Just wondering why the bottom has left unmovable dirty marks after the very first time rice cooked. I would like to know how to get rid of the marks, water and soap didn’t work. Thank you!
