I recieved an email a week after i made a 100$ order saying they items were out of stock would i like to still wait for one item or receive a refund. Problem is all my calls/emails everything have resulted it no response. This isn't on a weekend guys. I don't know if this company has just gone into scam territory or has 1 employee, But the phone service not working "due to covid" in August of 2025 is a joke

Terrible customer service I HAVE MADE 2 ORDERS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED EITHER 1 literally disappeared after payment. The other, the store didn’t finish writing the address so now it’s being returned. I have tried reaching customer support 10+ times but no answer, no email back, no call back. Now I’m out $200
