i ordered 2 bottles and only got 1 ???

Delivery takes too long. I was told it would be here today - Wednesday, October 7. It isn’t here. Why are you having me complete a survey when I haven’t even gotten the product yet. Why isn’t it here? Where is it? Who do you use as a carrier? UPS is much more efficient. And there’s no way to call you. It’s maddening. The product is good, but the service sucks. You don’t need 3 - 4 days to fry something delivered.

I was told via email by their AI that I could return my items but was given a link that doesn’t exist. I tried calling and the automated operator said that they can’t access my order and referred me back to the site. The chat is a joke and you cannot get any help. I believe this site is a scam and would not ever deal with them again.

I ordered a bottles Wednesday and still haven’t gotten it

I actually haven't ordered anything yet because the reviews are way too scary. Delayed shipment or not getting product at all then company runs and hides after they have literally stolen your money. These products are way too expensive to lose money. To scared. Sounds Scammy.

I placed an order and was later informed that Super Chill Store could not ship it to Puerto Rico. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and attempted to contact them through their website chat, but I have received no response. I have not received tracking information, shipping confirmation, or a refund update. Poor communication and customer service. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

Shipping is super slow. It says 3-6 days but twice now im waiting more than 2 weeks. For example currently I paid on the 4th, its the 13th and ups still doesnt have it. I messaged them since ai placed another order and ups has that and will be here 7 days after I ordered but they still havent shipped my first order and customer service just repeats what I say, saying ups doesnt have and do nothing to let them know my order is lost. Again the second time this has happened....The first time was a month before I got my order and its hundreds of dollars.
