One of SuperBox’s biggest strengths is the huge variety of content available, with over 10,000 live channels and more than 300,000 VOD titles currently offered, and our library continues to grow every day. If only certain shows are buffering or failing to load while other content is working normally, the issue may be related to specific content sources rather than the service as a whole. Because our library is so large, it is not possible for our team to manually check every single title on a daily basis. That’s why we’ve built a quick Report feature directly into the viewing page. Once an issue is reported, our IT team, which operates around the clock, will investigate and work to restore smooth playback, typically within 6 hours. Another feature we’re proud of is our content request service. If there’s a show or movie you’d like to watch but can’t find, you can submit a request, and our team will work to add it within 24 hours whenever possible. Our goal is to offer a library where you can always find something you want to watch. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience and encourage you to use the Report option whenever you experience buffering with a specific title so our team can address it as quickly as possible.
