It works well except it won’t emulate my Samsung TV remote. I’ve tried many times and it just doesn’t work.

Please feel free to contact our support team via email or WhatsApp — we’d be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue and see if we can get it working properly.

Product worked well Would have been 5 stats but absolutely no information about how to set it up and what some of the apps gave me
Response from SuperBox TV Box StoreAug 12, 2026
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear the product is working well for you. We completely understand your concern about the lack of setup information. We would love to provide more detailed guidance, or even pre-install certain apps for customers, but unfortunately we’re not able to do that because in some states, doing so could violate local laws and regulations. If you ever need help, please feel free to contact us via email or WhatsApp and we’ll be happy to assist as much as we can. You can also find many helpful setup guides on YouTube and join SuperBox user groups and communities, where you can learn more about the different apps and how to get the most out of your device. We really appreciate your feedback and your support!
