Slow shipping, but amazing customer service
Really slow shipping, and the colour was not the same as on the site (I did get yellow, so kinda hard to match). Unfortunately, the product is not usable for my car. I'm updating my post, as the original product didn't meet expectations. SupDec was VERY quick to rectify it. I wrote my post in the heat of the moment and should have given them a chance to fix it. Which they have agreed to do. I have to say, I have been very impressed with their quick response and how they have handled my complaint. (Note to self, wait 48 hours before writing a review).

We are continuously working to improve our shipping times, but deliveries to Canada can sometimes take longer than usual due to customs processing, which is unfortunately outside of our direct control. Regarding the color, we do our best to represent vinyl shades as accurately as possible on our website. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings. For this reason, we also offer color sample swatches so customers can check the shade more precisely before ordering. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our service and product presentation.
